About the role
The POS Driver is responsible for ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role combines logistics, vehicle upkeep, and direct client interaction within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer daily delivery schedules and achieve set delivery targets.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to coordinate deliveries.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and report any faults to the manager.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer/client service throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- 0‑5 years of overall work experience, with 1‑2 years in an FMCG setting.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Grade 12/NQF level 4 education.
Required skills
- Vehicle maintenance.
