Machine Operator – MHE Driver

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MHE Driver to operate material handling equipment in our fast‑paced distribution centre. The role involves receiving, storing and distributing stock efficiently while maintaining accuracy through RF systems.

Key responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks, forklifts and order pickers to move pallets between receiving, storage racks and picking bays.
• Scan pallet and rack locations with RF devices to confirm accurate placement and record all movements.
• Support line building and replenishment by retrieving stock and delivering it to designated picking areas on time.
• Collaborate with the control room and supervisors to ensure stock availability and compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 10 education.
• Proven experience operating MHE equipment (reach truck, forklift, order picker) in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Valid MHE/Forklift licence.
• Physically fit, able to work long hours and comfortable working at heights.
