PM Technician II – Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Heineken Beverages is looking for a PM Technician II to join the Engineering Department at its Springs bottling plant. You will be responsible for keeping production equipment running at optimal availability and supporting line activities to meet the production plan.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance according to OEM and internal CMMS schedules.
• Carry out equipment change‑overs and optimise control systems for production lines.
• Diagnose equipment failures, conduct fault finding and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and optimise machine spares inventory.
• Control maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with safety, GMP and food‑safety standards.
• Use SAP for work orders, spares tracking and maintenance reporting.

Required profile

• N6 equivalent with a Millwright trade certificate (preferred).
• Completed apprenticeship with a recognised institution.
• More than five years of practical experience in a high‑speed bottling environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, pay close attention to detail and solve problems independently.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
