About the role
We are seeking a dynamic People Coordinator to help shape a positive workplace culture and support employee growth. In this role you will be a key partner to the HR team, handling a variety of administrative and strategic tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee relations (IR) matters.
- Support performance management and training & development initiatives as needed.
- Oversee general HR administration, data management and reporting.
- Promote teamwork, self‑management and maintain confidentiality across all HR activities.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Diploma or NQF Level 5 in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong planning, prioritisation and analytical abilities.
- Excellent customer service, communication (verbal & written) and relationship‑building skills.
- Resilience, stress‑management capability and agility.
