Partner Account Manager

About the role

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) will own the relationship with a portfolio of channel partners, driving sales growth and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to meet revenue targets, protect existing business, and create new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with assigned partners.
• Understand partner and customer needs to shape joint go‑to‑market strategies.
• Create and execute partner account plans (PAP) that align with annual sales targets.
• Manage the sales pipeline, qualify prospects, and drive deals to closure.
• Monitor partner performance, conduct regular reviews, and address escalated issues.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, run‑rate reports, and performance analytics.
• Support finance and credit teams in recovering overdue payments.
• Act as the communication bridge between partners, key customers, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partner or channel sales management.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
