Partner Account Manager

About the role

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) drives partner channel objectives and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to grow and protect the allocated partner base. The role focuses on building strong partner and customer relationships, managing opportunities, and delivering sales results that align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the relationship for the assigned partner portfolio and develop respectful, productive partnerships.
• Understand partner and customer needs to drive channel objectives and meet annual sales targets.
• Create and execute partner account plans (PAP) and contact strategies to generate new value.
• Manage partner and store engagements, performance, and pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Handle escalated partner and customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and service quality.
• Support finance and credit control by assisting in recovery of overdue payments.
• Coordinate product and service delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Act as the communication bridge between partners, key customers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and present monthly/weekly run‑rate reports, sales analysis, and demand forecasts.
• Contribute to annual sales strategy, budget planning, and KPI tracking for the partner channel.

Required profile

• Proven ability to develop and grow partner relationships.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
• Capability to resolve escalated issues and maintain trust with partners and customers.
• Understanding of finance and credit control processes to support payment recovery.
