Organisational Effectiveness Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Effectiveness Consultant to join our high‑performance OE team. The role will drive culture transformation, strategic alignment and leadership development while championing employee wellbeing across our Personal and Private Banking division.

Key responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and refine OD methodologies to create a high‑performing environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to design and implement culture‑alignment strategies.
• Develop and deliver leadership development programmes and provide coaching to enhance performance.
• Analyse organisational needs, design tailored interventions and monitor their impact.
• Champion holistic wellbeing initiatives and promote psychological safety.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate decisions clearly.

Required profile

• Professional or Honours degree; Master’s degree in industrial psychology or psychology preferred.
• 10‑15 years of experience in organisational development, leadership development, change management or consulting.
• Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Strong knowledge of banking procedures and industry trends.
