About the role
We are a small but growing technology business seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our friendly, energetic and non‑corporate environment. Based in Bryanston, Johannesburg, the role operates on a hybrid model, working closely with consultants, developers, project managers and senior leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Career planning and talent development
- Organisational planning and workforce forecasting
- Performance reviews and regular check‑ins
- Employee relations, wellbeing and conflict support
- Recruitment, onboarding and retention
- HR administration, governance and payroll support
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR, People & Culture or organisational development experience
- Hands‑on experience with career paths, competency frameworks, development planning and talent reviews
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent administration, documentation and attention‑to‑detail skills
