About the role
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our logistics and distribution activities at our Mobeni site in Durban. The role focuses on ensuring smooth flow of goods, maintaining safety standards, and supporting staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Control and optimise distribution processes.
- Supervise and train operational staff.
- Implement safety and risk management procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy.
- Prepare regular reports and handle administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum matriculation (high school) qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with logistics or warehouse management systems.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar operations role.

What we offer
