职位概况

负责生产模具的研发设计及整改，参与图纸评审，需具备金属材料及铸造工艺理论基础。

主要职责

研发、设计并优化生产模具。
参与模具设计图纸的评审工作。
解决铸造及表面缺陷问题。

任职要求

3-5年模具设计经验，本科及以上学历。
熟悉重力模具结构、铸造工艺、金属材料和机械设计。
了解常见铸造缺陷及其成因。

必备技能

熟练使用CAD、UG、MAGAM或Anycasting软件。
掌握APQP、DFMEA、PPAP及IATF16949核心工具。
