职位概况

万丰集团在绍兴新昌招聘模具设计工程师，负责生产模具的研发设计与整改，年薪约8-15千元/月，提供五险一金、年终奖等福利。

主要职责

负责生产模具的研发设计、改进与整改工作；
参与模具设计图纸的评审，确保设计符合工艺要求；
提供模具结构、铸造工艺及材料选型的技术支持。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，3-5年模具设计相关工作经验；
熟悉重力模具结构、铸造工艺、金属材料及机械设计理论；
了解常见铸造缺陷及表面缺陷成因并能提出解决方案。

必备技能

熟练使用CAD、UG、MAGAM（或Anycasting）进行三维建模；
掌握APQP、DFMEA、PPAP等IATF16949核心工具；
