Locum / Full‑Time Physiotherapist – Sports & Orthopaedics

About the role

Grant Bush Physiotherapy is looking for a motivated physiotherapist to cover maternity leave on a locum basis, with the possibility of a permanent role. The position is full‑time, commission‑based and split between the Fourways and Dainfern clinics, offering a varied private‑practice environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with sports injuries, orthopaedic conditions, post‑operative rehabilitation and chronic pain.
• Deliver exercise‑based rehabilitation programmes and patient education.
• Conduct home visits as required, two Saturdays per month.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and manage administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and adhere to clinic protocols.

Required profile

• Current HPCSA registration.
• Own professional indemnity/medico‑legal cover.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for home visits.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Excellent communication and patient‑management skills.
