About the role

Motus Corporation is seeking a motivated Level 1 Apprentice for Kia SA in Ballito. The role provides supervised, hands‑on training to develop workplace and industry skills in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with assigned tasks and projects under guidance.
• Attend training sessions and follow workplace safety procedures.
• Work alongside experienced team members and communicate effectively.
• Develop practical workplace skills through on‑the‑job experience.

Required profile

• High school qualification or equivalent.
• Pure Mathematics and Technical Mathematics.
• Physical Sciences.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and willingness to learn.
• Advantageous: basic knowledge of the automotive industry and strong problem‑solving skills.
