Land Acquisition Developer

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Land Acquisition Developer to join our team in Johannesburg North. The role focuses on identifying and securing land parcels for large‑scale renewable energy projects, contributing directly to the growth of sustainable infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate and secure land opportunities suitable for renewable energy developments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities and other stakeholders.
- Negotiate acquisition agreements and manage the end‑to‑end acquisition process.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and legal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required profile
- Proven experience in land acquisition, property development or real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Knowledge of renewable energy or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
