IT Desktop Support Administrator Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT Desktop Support Administrator Intern to join our Head Office support team. The internship offers hands‑on experience in desktop support, asset management and enterprise technology environments, helping users with hardware, software and device management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote desktop support to Head Office users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines.
• Perform preventative maintenance and ensure SLAs are met for incidents and service requests.
• Maintain and improve support documentation, processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Matriculation with A+ certification, MCSE or a relevant IT National Diploma.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems and common browsers (Edge, Chrome).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with users at all business levels.
