About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented professional to join our team in Durban as an Internal Sales Representative and Personal Assistant. This hybrid role combines customer‑facing sales activities with administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely information.
  • Prepare, send and follow up on sales quotations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Handle email correspondence and manage general administrative tasks.
  • Update website content, monitor functionality and ensure information is current.
  • Support daily business operations and assist with scheduling and documentation.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Basic knowledge of website content management.
