About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Durban. You will support high‑risk industries by enhancing compliance, workplace safety, and operational performance for our banking and risk‑management clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance and management system audits using the NOSA framework.
- Advise clients on health, safety and risk management best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across client sites.
- Support the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.
- Engage with clients to identify risk mitigation opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3–4 years experience in HSE/OHS safety management, auditing or consulting.
- Strong knowledge of the NOSA 10‑Step Process and NOSA systems.
- Proven ability to conduct compliance audits and manage risk‑related projects.
- Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
