About the role
The Clinical Facilitator is responsible for facilitating training and development in a clinical environment, ensuring integration of theory and practice for nursing staff.
Key responsibilities
- Active involvement in research and development to create improved products, processes and services for the academic market.
- Plan, draw and coordinate training and development calendars.
- Facilitate marking of case studies and assignments.
- Maintain accurate employee clinical records.
- Organise and ensure active involvement in all academic‑related projects.
- Apply adult learning methodologies to support clinical learning.
Required profile
- Relevant nursing qualification (B Cur Degree or equivalent).
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
- Compliance with SANC code and applicable health care legislation.
- Assessor and Moderator training.
- BLS instructor certification.
- Clinical expertise within your specialty.
Required skills
- Advanced computer literacy.
