Handyman Maintenance

About the role

Premier is seeking a Handyman Maintenance professional to support our on‑site artisans. You will provide general and technical assistance to keep equipment and plant operations running efficiently in a high‑performance manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist artisans with routine and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative plant maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Support equipment effectiveness through technical troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Matric (high school) qualification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safe working conditions.
• High accuracy, physical ability, and sense of urgency.
• Team‑oriented attitude with accountability and respect.

Required skills

• Equipment knowledge and maintenance.
• Preventative plant maintenance (PPM) techniques.
• Understanding of production process workflows.
