About the role

Engen is recruiting South African graduates and final-year students for its 24-month Graduate Trainee Programme based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The programme gives graduates practical workplace experience, professional development and exposure to real business challenges through mentoring, coaching, structured learning and cross-functional exposure, building the skills needed for future leadership roles. Applications close on 15 December 2026.

Required profile

• South African citizen.
• Completed or currently studying towards a qualification in one of the listed disciplines, completed by the end of 2026.
• Strong academic record with an overall average of at least 70%.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong passion for learning, innovation and continuous improvement.
