About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at Premier Hotel Pretoria. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences through strong leadership and meticulous attention to detail.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check‑in and check‑out processes.
- Manage reception, concierge, and reservations teams.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests professionally.
- Control room allocations, reservations and occupancy levels.
- Train, motivate and develop front office staff.
- Implement and maintain hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a Front Office Management role.
- Hospitality qualification (advantageous).
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems.
