Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations in a prestigious hospitality setting. You will be responsible for restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, conferences and banquets, ensuring outstanding guest experiences and profitable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, in‑room dining, conferencing and banqueting outlets.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Control departmental expenses, food and beverage cost of sales and budgeting.
• Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction across all outlets.
• Lead, develop and motivate the F&B team, manage rosters and staffing.
• Handle stock control, menu costing, pricing and revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor legislation.
• Monitor cash handling, billing procedures and departmental controls.
• Plan and execute promotions, events and initiatives to maximise guest spend.
• Manage recruitment, training, performance management and employee development.
• Address guest complaints and implement service recovery strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hospitality food & beverage operations.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to optimise profitability.
• Excellent guest service orientation and operational management skills.
• Experience in event planning and revenue generation.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making and communication abilities.
