About the role
Our well‑known client in the fast‑food franchising sector, based in Centurion, Gauteng, is seeking an entry‑level Finance Clerk to join the team. The position is permanent and available to start as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities
- Capture daily store cash‑ups onto master accounting sheets via Google Drive shop reports.
- Verify physical paperwork against declared cash‑ups.
- Process credit‑card slips into bank modules or spreadsheet logs.
- Perform transactional bank reconciliations and immediately flag or escalate cash discrepancies.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Accounting or Maths essential.
- No previous experience required, though any related experience would be advantageous.
Required skills
- Google Drive
- Spreadsheet handling (e.g., Excel or similar)
- Bank reconciliation processes
