About the role
The Hospital Group is looking for an Enrolled Nurse for its NICU unit in Klerksdorp. The nurse provides nursing care and comfort to all patients assigned to them, working within the scope of practice and according to the nursing care plan.
Key responsibilities
- Provide holistic patient care within the scope of practice and according to the nursing care plan
- Ensure the cost-effective use and management of stock and consumables
- Contribute to teamwork and the efficiency of the team
- Continuously strive to deliver high-quality nursing care
Required profile
- Enrolled Nursing Diploma and registration with SANC
- Willingness to work shifts according to the unit's requirements
- NICU experience is an advantage
- Fully bilingual
- Accountable for decisions made and able to work under pressure
Required skills
- Sound knowledge of nursing activities and procedures within the scope of practice
- Knowledge of stock control principles
- Good communication skills
