Clinical Facilitator

About the role

A24 Group, a leading South African healthcare staffing group, is looking for a Clinical Facilitator in Bellville, Cape Town. The role lets you move from working the roster to leading the nurses and carers who work it, representing the group at client sites and setting the clinical standard.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the group at client sites, including government facilities
• Assess and onboard nurses and carers before they start at a client site
• Deliver orientations and upskilling on site
• Own clinical quality and set the standard others follow
• Advise the Home Care Department and give the clinical view on client complaints
• Support compliance, from SANC registration to incident follow-up

Required profile

• Professional nurse with a current, up-to-date SANC registration (annual practising fees paid)
• 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience
• Frail care, hospital or acute experience
• ICU or theatre experience or training (strong advantage)
• Polished and confident with matrons, facility managers and government officials
• Natural trainer who commands credibility; facilitation or assessment qualification is an advantage

Required skills

• Valid driver's licence (essential)
• Computer literacy
