Our client, a leading provider in the debt review and financial services sector, is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join their growing team in Johannesburg. You will be the main point of contact for clients navigating the debt review process, ensuring they receive clear, compassionate, and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the debt review journey.
• Respond to client enquiries, resolve concerns, and provide accurate updates on application status.
• Liaise with internal departments, credit providers, and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient case management.
• Maintain precise client records while adhering to industry regulations and company procedures.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Experience in debt review or broader financial services.
• Previous role in customer service, client support, or debt review administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to manage multiple enquiries.
• Compassionate, organised, service‑driven approach with keen attention to detail.
