About the role

As a Financial Adviser at Old Mutual Personal Financial Advice, you will help clients achieve their long‑term financial goals by providing tailored advice, managing investments, and guiding overall financial well‑being. Key responsibilities

• Prospect, network and generate referrals to build a robust client portfolio.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate Old Mutual products.
• Become accredited in Old Mutual Personal Financial Advice offerings to serve specific client segments.
• Follow the proven 6‑step planning process to deliver life‑changing financial advice.
• Maintain compliance with FAIS regulations, internal processes, and keep CPD points up to date.
• Stay informed on economic, political and regulatory trends to provide cutting‑edge guidance.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• At least 18 months of experience in financial services (sales, client service, or advisory).
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) completed or in progress, with CPD compliance.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle, and clear criminal and credit record.
• Strong communication, planning and analytical abilities.
