Commercial Finance Manager

About the role

The Commercial Finance Manager will partner with business units to drive financial performance across multiple sites. You will be responsible for analysing profitability, preparing management accounts and supporting strategic decision‑making through robust financial modelling.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse site profitability, margins, costs and operational performance.
• Prepare management accounts, budgets, forecasts and variance reports.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and provide commercial insights for decision‑making.
• Conduct financial modelling, feasibility studies and ROI assessments.
• Improve financial reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Mentor and support junior members of the finance team.

Required profile

• B.Com Honours degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A or management accounting.
• Experience in multi‑site or multi‑branch environments is preferred.
• Professional qualification such as CIMA, CA(SA), ACCA is advantageous.
