About the role

The Regulatory and Financial Risk (RFR) Vacation Programme at Deloitte offers a short‑term, hands‑on experience for students who will graduate with an Honours or Masters degree in 2027. Participants will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of risk, regulatory and financial modelling experts, gaining exposure to real projects in credit, capital, valuations and counter‑party risk.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to hands‑on project work supporting client engagements.
Develop professional skills through mentorship and training sessions.
Explore career paths within risk advisory and consulting.
Network with Deloitte professionals across Africa Consulting Services.
Gain insight into industry practices and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

Enrolled in an Honours or Masters programme slated for completion in 2027.
Study area includes Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematical Sciences/Statistics, Applied/Financial Mathematics, Quantitative Risk Management, Statistics or other relevant quantitative fields.
