Client Service Executive

About the role

The Client Service Executive will provide personalised and attentive service to prospective policyholders and brokers for a specialised insurance provider in Roodepoort. The role centres on building strong client relationships, answering product‑related enquiries and supporting the renewal and retention of short‑term insurance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop continuous relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs.
• Provide timely feedback and answers to client questions about products and services.
• Maintain accurate client records by updating the system and database with new information.
• Create and manage client files, ensuring all documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Take responsibility for policy renewals and drive client retention.
• Resolve client issues related to short‑term insurance policies in a solution‑oriented manner.

Required profile

• Completed degree, preferably BCom, with very strong academic results.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanour.
• Excellent interpersonal, administration and client‑service skills.
• No prior experience required – entry‑level candidates are welcome.
