In Store Operations Representative

About the role

Join De'Longhi South Africa as an In Store Operations Representative and become the face of a premium home‑appliance brand. You will drive sales, uphold brand standards, and lead a team of in‑store promoters to deliver exceptional customer experiences across both offline and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets while promoting qualified product initiatives.
• Maintain high‑level merchandising standards and monitor resale pricing against competitors.
• Lead, train and manage a team of in‑store promoters, ensuring daily KPI achievement.
• Prepare and execute locally agreed business plans, managing trade funds and expenses.
• Provide market intelligence and feedback to Key Account Managers and Marketing teams.
• Conduct product training sessions for store staff to communicate the De'Longhi story.

Required profile

• Matric certificate required; a degree in Marketing or Sales is an advantage.
• Proven success in a sales representative role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to interact with senior management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management and results‑driven attitude.
• Valid driving licence, own reliable vehicle and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
