Corporate Sales Executive – Johannesburg

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will build and nurture strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients, positioning Netflorist as the preferred partner. The role focuses on retaining revenue, driving organic growth through upselling and cross‑selling, and acquiring new accounts to meet defined revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily client meetings on‑site or via Teams with both existing and new customers.
• Perform Netflorist site visits and assist with quality control on bulk orders.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets for existing and new client portfolios.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of leads, deals and enquiries.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline and target performance.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with the Head of Corporate, presenting reports and updates.
• Maintain a database of prospects segmented by industry and schedule outreach.
• Expand product and service offerings to include third‑party gifting and promotional items.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Associates to finalize orders, purchase orders and quotations.
• Support debt collection for assigned accounts and ensure timely payments.

Required profile

• Professional, well‑spoken and presentable appearance.
• Strong sales aptitude with a hunter mentality.
• Willingness to spend extended periods on the road meeting clients.
• Experience in corporate sales, account management or business development.
