Clerk of Works – Construction Site Representative

About the role
The Clerk of Works will act as the client’s on‑site representative, overseeing construction projects to ensure they are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor workmanship, materials and progress on the construction site.
- Verify that all contractor activities comply with the project’s approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure that quality standards are consistently met throughout the construction process.
- Report any deviations or issues to the client and recommend corrective actions.
Required profile
- Experience in construction site supervision or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication skills to liaise between client and contractors.
