Civil Supervisor / Site Manager

About the role

The client in the civil sector is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor / Site Manager to lead construction activities in Bethal, Mpumalanga. The role focuses on supervising road, earthworks and related civil infrastructure projects while ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and site‑management capability within the civil construction environment.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) and a National Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in roads and earthworks, stormwater infrastructure, pipe laying, bulk earthworks, mining infrastructure or general civil construction.
• Valid Driver’s Licence (Code EB/08), medically fit to work on mines and no criminal record.
