BPO Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated BPO Recruiter to lead our high‑volume talent acquisition efforts. In this fast‑paced environment you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, while ensuring a positive experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and recruitment databases.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephonic pre‑screen interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and maintain clear candidate communications.
• Manage candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.
• Issue offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to meet hiring targets on time.

Required profile

• Matric (tertiary qualification in HR, Business or related field is advantageous).
• 1‑3 years of recruitment or administration experience, preferably in a high‑volume or BPO setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working towards targets and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Experience with ATS systems.
