Associate Recruiter – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Recruiter to join Spiralyze’s talent acquisition team. You will help attract, assess and hire top talent for our data‑driven A/B testing company, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking events.
• Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants.
• Conducting interviews to evaluate experience, skills and cultural fit.
• Creating and posting job advertisements.
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define staffing needs.
• Scouting talent on platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance and LinkedIn.
• Monitoring industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Utilizing an ATS to streamline processes and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• Strong enthusiasm for learning about people and their experiences.
• Professional presentation skills to promote Spiralyze to candidates.
• Quick learner who can clearly explain company roles.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence.
• Organized ability to track multiple candidates and interview stages.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
