Admin Clerk & Stock Controller – Hospitality

About the role

The Admin Clerk/Stock Controller supports the Food & Beverage department of Dream Hotels & Resorts by ensuring that all hotel and restaurant outlets have the right stock at the right time. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will manage inventory, process deliveries and assist the financial officer with supplier invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Determine consumption needs with the F&B Manager and maintain appropriate stock levels across restaurant, bar, banqueting and conference areas.
• Receive, allocate and record incoming stock, ensuring accurate placement in storage locations.
• Track and chase credit notes, deposits and returned stock.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts on the online platform and investigate any discrepancies.
• Use inventory management software and POS systems to upload received items and keep stock figures up‑to‑date.
• Maintain first‑in‑last‑out rotation and adjust par levels as demand changes.
• Assist the financial officer by capturing supplier invoices, allocating costs correctly and requesting month‑end statements.
• Prepare regular analysis reports on stock usage, price adjustments and profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in administrative and stock controlling roles, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Good numeracy skills for basic financial record keeping.
