Accounting & Tax Global RDC Lead

About the role

TMF Group is seeking a senior leader to shape and drive the global Accounting & Tax (A&T) service strategy across its Regional Delivery Centres (RDCs). The role will define the operating model, ensure consistency and quality, and build a high‑performing global A&T community.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and enhance the global A&T service framework, ensuring consistency, compliance and quality across all markets.
• Establish, expand and guide RDCs to deliver scalable, high‑performing A&T services.
• Oversee standard A&T processes for procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash and record‑to‑report, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and SLA adherence.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs, driving operational excellence.
• Ensure global compliance frameworks are applied consistently and coordinate audits.
• Act as the primary global partner to commercial, solutioning and market teams, supporting proposals, RFPs and pricing.
• Mentor and develop A&T leaders, build competency roadmaps and promote knowledge sharing across regions.

Required profile

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in Accounting & Tax, with a proven track record in multi‑jurisdictional, global environments.
• Experience designing and executing global operating models, including Shared Services, RDCs or Centres of Excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large‑scale transformation and drive operational excellence.
