Warehouse Assistant & Data Capturer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Warehouse Assistant & Data Capturer to support our manufacturing and supply operations. The role blends accurate data entry with hands‑on warehouse tasks to keep inventory, production, and order fulfilment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Capture purchase orders, sales orders, delivery notes, invoices and stock movements into the ERP/WMS system.
• Process goods‑received notes, dispatch documentation and maintain electronic and physical warehouse records.
• Assist with receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, labelling and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Support stock replenishment, regular stock counts and annual stock takes.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies and uphold FIFO practices.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• 2‑3 years of experience in data capturing and warehouse administration, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, retail or distribution.
• Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., Syspro, Sage, SAP, Palladium, Pastel Evolution).
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office suite.
