About the role
We are looking for an experienced Technician with vast knowledge of maintenance systems and technical processes. The role will support productivity improvements and enhance the efficiency of our technical systems.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the improvement of productivity through technical system optimisation.
- Make technical systems more efficient by implementing best practices.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance procedures and updates.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Selling skills and ability to close a sale.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- External and internal networking abilities.
- Stress and conflict management capabilities.
- Target driven and self‑management orientation.
Required skills
- COMPTIA A certification.
- Troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
- Technical knowledge of IT hardware components and repair.
- Experience with software installations.
- Networking systems knowledge.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
