About the role
An opportunity exists for a Staff Nurse to join the team at the Wilgers branch in Pretoria. The role focuses on phlebotomy and pathology services while upholding PathCare’s values of ethics and integrity.
Required profile
- Enrolled Nurse Certificate and registration with the SANC
- Minimum two years of experience post‑registration
- Valid Code B driver’s licence (manual)
- Fluent in English with an understanding of Afrikaans
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Required skills
- Phlebotomy experience (essential)
- Knowledge of order of draw and point‑of‑care instruments such as Hemocue, Stratus, and arterial blood gas machines
- Computer literacy; Skylims knowledge is advantageous
