About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Medical Biller to work remotely on US business hours (9 am‑5 pm EST). No prior medical billing experience is required; full training will be provided to develop your skills in healthcare administration.

Key responsibilities

Enter accurate patient and facility information from the facility system into the billing software.
Reconcile facility software against billing software weekly and investigate discrepancies.
Monitor Medicare payments, review claims after payment, and work on denials and underpayments.
Communicate billing queries and follow‑ups primarily via email and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when handling data.
Excellent work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Good written communication skills, especially via email.
Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software and processes.
