About the role
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, cost‑effective, high‑quality patient care in line with hospital standards and policies. The role acts as a clinical resource and leader within the specialty, performing advanced‑level functions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and promote quality patient care that meets hospital standards.
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader, implementing advanced nursing practices.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the specialty and contribute to programme planning.
Required profile
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Registered Nurse.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar nursing position.
- Compliance with the SANC code and relevant health legislation.
- Ability to implement and maintain standards required by accredited bodies.
