Software Engineer (Web & Backend Development)

About the role

Join a high‑scale cloud and telecommunications team building intelligent, multi‑vendor RAN automation, cloud‑native OSS and SMO platforms for Tier 1 global operators. You will develop enterprise‑grade web interfaces and backend services that power critical network operations worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high‑performance web interfaces and robust backend architectures using modern full‑stack development practices.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, stand‑ups, iteration reviews and continuous delivery pipelines following strict Agile methodologies.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, complex bug fixing, performance tuning and deep troubleshooting across distributed production ecosystems.
• Write comprehensive test suites, perform systemic testing and ensure low‑latency, mission‑critical platform reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to introduce new features, modernise codebases and adapt to emerging technology requirements.

Required profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies or Engineering with strong academic results.
• 0–4 years of production or intensive project‑based software development experience using C#, JavaScript, Java or C++.
• 0–4 years of relational database experience with proficient SQL scripting skills.
• Exceptional technical, mathematical and analytical reasoning capabilities.
• Proven ability to work self‑directed and highly accountable within an engineering environment.
• Comfort thriving in a high‑tempo, fast‑paced Agile ecosystem requiring rapid problem analysis and critical thinking.
• Innovative, proactive problem‑solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
