Agentic AI Developer – Build Secure Enterprise AI Solutions

About the role

Agile Bridge is seeking an Agentic AI Developer to connect foundation models, enterprise knowledge and software tools into secure, reliable AI solutions that operate within real business processes. You will design and implement flows, agents, and skills that deliver measurable value while maintaining strict safety and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business workflows into clear agent responsibilities, skills, decision points and measurable success criteria.
• Design and build agentic architectures that integrate foundation models, enterprise APIs, data sources and human controls.
• Develop, test and deploy flows, agents, services and APIs using strong software‑engineering practices.
• Create retrieval, context, memory and state‑management patterns to provide grounded information.
• Define evaluation datasets and automated checks for task completion, safety, latency and cost.
• Implement guardrails, access controls, privacy protections and secure tool‑use patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in software or AI engineering with production software delivery.
• Strong Python programming skills and evidence of clean, testable code.
• Practical experience integrating foundation‑model capabilities into applications, services or workflows.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise data integration and cloud‑based delivery practices.
