Senior HubSpot Developer

About the role

This is a remote position for a Senior HubSpot Developer supporting a UK‑based organisation. The role involves working on complex HubSpot development projects, system integrations and custom business applications while collaborating with stakeholders across multiple projects and client environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between HubSpot and external systems such as ERP, finance, membership and booking platforms.
• Build custom HubSpot functionality including custom objects, coded workflows, CRM cards, UI extensions, serverless functions and both private and public applications.
• Develop secure, scalable API solutions using REST APIs, webhooks and OAuth authentication.
• Design and maintain data mapping, transformation, synchronization, validation and error‑handling processes across platforms.
• Deliver HubSpot CMS development, creating custom modules, templates, themes and HubL code where required.
• Scope, estimate and deliver development projects within agreed timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, quality assurance, deployment and ongoing optimisation of solutions.
