Senior Technologist - Architecture

About the role

The Senior Technologist will join an architectural design team, leading specific project elements with minimal supervision and contributing to high‑quality design delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Architectural design and BIM model and drawing production ensuring design brief compliance, completeness and accuracy.
• Design coordination within architecture and across disciplines, including preparation, review and approval of drawings.
• Perform architectural/engineering calculations, prepare specifications, reports and data tables, and conduct material take‑offs.
• Maintain liaison with design and drafting groups and support senior architects on moderate to high‑complexity design assignments.

Required profile

• Degree in Architectural Technology (BTech) from an accredited university.
• At least 8 years of experience in the built environment.
• Registered Professional Architectural Technologist (SACAP).

Required skills

• BIM modeling and drawing production.
