Senior QA Engineer – Data Products

About the role

Our client seeks a Senior QA Engineer specialized in Data Products to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions. You will work closely with development and business teams to validate data pipelines, APIs, and machine‑learning outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for data‑centric products.
• Validate data accuracy, transformations, and business rules across pipelines.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of APIs, dashboards, and analytics platforms.
• Automate test cases to improve delivery efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Identify defects, support root‑cause analysis, and verify fixes.
• Contribute to quality standards and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of software quality‑assurance experience.
• Proven experience testing enterprise data platforms and APIs.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Required skills

• SQL and data‑validation techniques.
• Automated testing tools.
• Agile methodology experience.
• API testing.
• Performance and load testing.
• Knowledge of Azure and Databricks.
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification (advantageous).
