Senior & Junior Restaurant Manager Positions

About the role

We are looking for both senior and junior restaurant managers to lead the launch of a new dining concept for a well‑known restaurant group. The role is full‑time and will involve overseeing all aspects of daily operations to ensure a memorable guest experience. You will work closely with the executive chef and ownership to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant operations, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
• Drive customer satisfaction through attentive service and prompt issue resolution.
• Lead, coach, and schedule staff to meet business objectives.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager (senior or junior level).
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet performance targets.
