About the role
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to lead cost calculations and commercial quoting for import and export shipments across multiple transport modes.
Key responsibilities
- Compute total landed costs for air, ocean (FCL/LCL), road, and project cargo shipments.
- Source and compare buying rates from shipping lines, airlines, and local transporters.
- Deliver accurate, high‑volume quotations and formal tenders under tight deadlines.
- Evaluate customs duties, local port charges, and regulatory compliance rules.
- Audit supplier invoices against original quotes and mentor junior team members.
Required profile
- 5–10+ years of pricing and estimating experience in a clearing and forwarding environment.
- In‑depth knowledge of Incoterms 2020, customs tariff classifications, and international freight documentation.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with specialized transport management systems.
